Privacy Policy

Wickbell collects as little as possible: only what it needs to send you alerts and bill you. We don't sell your data, show ads or use tracking or analytics.
What we collect
- From Telegram: your Telegram user ID, username and first name, plus the chat IDs of your private chat with the bot and of any group you choose to send alerts to.
- Your alerts: the coins, conditions and settings you create, and a history of the alerts we've sent you, which we use to count usage.
- Billing: if you subscribe, Stripe handles your payment. We store your Stripe customer and subscription IDs and your plan status. We never see or store your card details. Stripe may collect your email, name and billing address under its own privacy policy.
- Technical: our server keeps short-lived logs (IP address, request path, errors) for security and debugging. They're rotated automatically.
Cookies
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in to the dashboard. There are no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies, so there's no cookie banner.
How we use it
Only to run the Service: to check your alerts and message you, to show your dashboard, to count usage and bill Pro plans, to send occasional service messages (for example about your plan), and to protect the Service from abuse. The legal bases are performing our contract with you and our legitimate interest in keeping the Service secure.
Who we share it with
- Telegram, to deliver messages.
- Discord, if you connect a Discord channel: we store that channel's webhook link and send your alert messages to it. Disconnect any time from the dashboard.
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Our hosting provider (Vultr), which runs the server where the data is stored.
Price data is fetched from exchanges (Binance and Coinbase), and none of your information is sent to them. We'll only disclose data to anyone else if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. Delete your account and we remove your alerts, history and profile from our database straight away, and from our rolling backups within 7 days. Stripe keeps payment records as financial law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data. To delete everything, send /deleteaccount to @WickbellBot (cancel any Pro plan first), or email support@wickbell.com. If you're in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Security
The site uses HTTPS. Logins use single-use links that expire after 15 minutes, and the server is firewalled and kept updated automatically. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Children
The Service isn't intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll tell you via the bot.
